Area Central is one of the most important shopping centres in Santiago de Compostela (Galicia – North Spain).
During the October 05 the shopping centre has inaugurated a new bowling court, which will increase the leisure offer of the city and represents a new meeting point for the people of Santiago.
The court with 13 lanes and about 2000 sq. m is made up by 3 main areas: bowling, billiards and a rest area for those who are not good at games and prefer the option of a nice and quiet leisure area that includes an excellent Cafeteria service.

From the sound system point of view, the area has been divided in 4 zones, each with independent level control and sharing the same audio sources, as indicated by the client.



All 4 zones share the same audio solution: AMBIT 106 for the mid-high range plus AMBIT SB110 for the bass reinforcement. Several AMBIT106 units have been clustered using specific hardware supplied also by ECLER.

Amplification is carried out by new DPA amplifiers range. X-overs, equalization and limiting purposes are done by AMIC cards which represents an excellent solution for the application since non expert audio users are on duty and therefore accidental manipulations are avoided.

The complete solution has been carried by ECLER’s Project Department, including electro-acoustic simulations of the venue with the proposed material.
