Centro de Arte Caja de Burgos (CAB) is an 2003 build cultural centre located in the city of Burgos, overlooking the historical centre of the town and is part of its cultural pathway.

Together with the permanent art collection, with more than 300 pieces, CAB also offers a varied and interesting art collection, including the latest trends in many different art and visual disciplines.

Inaugurated in 2003, during the first year of existence CAB has been an absolute success: more than 40.000 visitors from both Burgos and close proximities. More than 13 exhibitions of national artists with about 350 art pieces from national experimented artists and new spanish and foreigners talents.

Audiovisual requirements in this installation must fulfil many critical key points like simplicity in the use, robustness and problem free devices in few words. Integration in the delicate architecture of the building was also something important to take into account.

COMPACT 5 and SAM502 (predecessor of the current and enhanced version SAM512) were selected because their simplicity in an all-in-one pro audio mixer. QEM16-2 flexible graphic equalizers and APA600 (predecessors of the current DPA installation series) and multi-zone MPA power amplifiers are in charge of amplification.
